If you have a broken Xbox 360 or even a working one and you want to exchange it for another one of the same type or even a different type, all you do is fill out an exchange request and we'll quote on how much your unit is worth and credit it towards the new system of your choice. Sometimes people are impatient and want to get back into their gaming as quickly as possible so this is where this option has originated from.

This makes is easier on you and able to check on your unit anytime you want. It's fairly simple too. All you have to do is login, click System Status, and all your current units that are in our shop are listed.
