::Privacy Policy::
All our customer's information is protected and not sold to third party companies. Your information is only used for our records regarding work orders and warranty information.
::Lemon Policy::
Wired Extreme is dedicated in making sure our customers are satisfied and making sure that their unit is working properly. All customers that do business with us in repair, buying or exchanging for one of our units, they are covered with a lemon policy. In a 15 day period, if your unit has a severe hardware failure, the unit is repaired and your warranty is reset. For our Silver Wired Warranty customers, if a valid repair is done three times on the same unit, you will be entitled for a refund or exchange and your warranty will be fulfilled. The customer will be responsible in getting a new warranty for their unit.
::Warranty Policy:: Silver Wired Warranty Policy
Any customer that gets a system repaired / purchases a unit / exchanges for one of our units, are covered by a Silver Wired Warranty for 90 days. Customers have the option to upgrade up to four years by paying a certain charge that covers the cost of the warranty for that time period. To receive these prices, please contact us or look at our rates page.
The Silver Wired Warranty is a basic warranty that covers any hardware defect for units that have been repaired / sold / exchanged to a customer. The customer has a (15) day grace period of being error free. If an error occurs with their unit, the warranty is reset to the day of completion. After (15) days, the warranty is in effect for the remaining period. If a failure happens and is repaired/replaced, your warranty has been fulfilled. You will be responsible in purchasing any additional time. You will always have a 90 day warranty for any repair done afterwards.
The following is not covered by the Silver Wired Warranty:
- Liquid Damage
- Accidental Damage
- Tampering
- Cosmetic Damage
- Warranty Sticker Removal
- Serial Number Tampering
The customer is responsible in contacting Wired Extreme before their expiration date of their warranty and having it fixed.
